Love Like Winter

AFI’s put out some great music on their last two albums. I just watched them on Saturday Night Live and they rock. A ton of people called out from work today so it was an especially stressful Monday. On top of that, I pushed one of my superiors a little more than I should’ve in a meeting. I can be a little too stubborn for my own good sometimes. I might have gotten my point across, I might even have gotten my way, however that doesn’t mean much if I’m leaving a bad taste as a result. Oh well!

I got my W2 form today, and plugged the numbers into my half-finished tax return, and if I was doing it right, am getting a bit less than what I anticipated though a bit more than I estimated in my savings plan. There is certainly something to be said for underestimating. Now I just need to wait another 2-3 weeks for the lingering tax statements to arrive.

Lastly for tonight, I’m quite happy the new seasons of Prison Break and Heroes have begun. And we’re into week two of 24 and the final few episodes of The OC. That show really went downhill after they killed Mischa Barton’s character off. She was much of why I watched. Her and the great music.
