I was both surprised and grateful to be nominated yesterday by Carol for the Best Travel Blog category of the Blogger’s Choice Awards. Upon checking out the site, I was happy to see some other blogs I read regularly, including Brave New Traveler, Rambling Traveler, Ubertramp and The Lost Globe. In addition, I did my part to support TravelingChris by nominating him. He’s already got 3 votes, so he’s hot on my tracks!

Speaking of votes, I have 6 at the time of this writing, and it would only take a few more to bump me onto the leader board.
