Alastair Humphreys spent 4 years bicycling 46,000 miles around the world for charity. I’m tired just thinking about it!

My friend tried to ride his bike from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia, and from reading his blog entry, it wasn’t easy (and he rides his bike every day). I’ll be happy to rent a bike from time to time - good exercise, and a fun way to get around!
