Dave, a year ago before I departed I was looking up information for what countries allow entries on one way tickets.

I think it was travel.state.gov, although I cannot seem to find that page.

I am sure that type of information is out there someplace on the Net. I do know for sure Egypt is OK for a one way ticket, plus you can get the Visa extended for how ever long you want to stay.

Shawn - do you know the address of that website?

I spoke to a a travel agent who said at some point in the future, Asian countries will need to conform to the rest of the world and require proof of onward travel.

You have got to be joking on the no entry, there is a website that tells which country allows one-way tickets and the counties that require a round trip ticket.

Just to let you know Egypt allows a one-way ticket if you decided heading that way.
