“Have you ever wondered what would happen if one day you decided to leave everything behind and start fresh in a foreign country?
Imagine is a memoir of sex, drugs, and Salsa dancing, but even more so, it’s a tale of rare camaraderie and of life-changing adventures that can only happen with an open mind and a spontaneous spirit.
Imagine is a one-way plane ticket to Mexico, with only three hundred dollars and a passion for adventure.”
Imagine: A Vagabond Story by Grant Lingel was released September 1st to great reviews on Rolf Potts’ Vagablogging.
Grant put the first 3 chapters of his book (plus a bunch of photos) on his website, Vagabond
Story, however I haven’t read it yet.
Based on the reviews, I am definitely curious to check it out, but it will have to wait until I’ve gotten through the other two books I have to read and review.
Buy Imagine: A Vagabond Story if you’re looking for a little motivation to hit the road.
If you’ve already read it, please leave a comment and let us know what you think.

I just finished “Imagine” and thought it was a great read. It actually was a great alternative when the iphone died on my recent travels.
I wrote a little something about the book today on my site as well and currently am offering a free autographed copy to one of my readers when you leave a comment.
Pick up a copy and support a great guy and a fellow travel nut.

I have a feeling it’s only going to want to make me pick up and travel again….and I’ve only been home 6 weeks. It’s amazing how fast you miss it.
