Video – Waterfalls of Patagonia (Kayaking)

On a bus ride from Kathmandu to Pokhara, Nepal, a pair of serious but unassuming young kaykers (Rob & Rosie) were sitting behind me.  When I joined them for dinner that night, I brought up the craziness of going over waterfalls in kayaks, and they began to relay their own stories about high heights, and broken bones.  I realized they were a lot better than I thought.

Watching this video reminded me of them, and their willingness to go far out of the way in foreign countries, hire porters, and travel light so they could drop into exciting rivers and do their thing.
