Nomadic Matt from Nomadic Matt’s Travel Site is currently running a contest in conjunction with Gap Adventures to win a paid vacation to Costa Rica. The winner will receive airfare and the Gap Adventures Costa Rica Explorer package.
Some of the sights you will visit on your great adventure include the Arenal Volcano and the much talked about Monteverde Cloud Forest, which has been on this traveler’s list of must see places for longer than I care to admit.
So what’s the catch? Well, if you win your only responsibility will to blog about your experience while you’re in Costa Rica, and when you get back. You’re only required to write two blog posts a week – that doesn’t sound too hard does it?
To enter you have two options; write a blog post, or submit a video answering the question “Why do you want this trip, and what do you hope to get out of it?” Any traveler should be a able to answer that easily, and the best part is that any traveler can enter as it is open to people from every country in the world!
Entries are due February 14, 2010.
