That´s in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, that floor was designed by the great Burle Marx!
Nope, not quite. It was actually in Macau, another former Portuguese colony. I’ve heard about the similar pattern in Rio, and look forward to seeing it myself for the first time next year :)
