Tuk-tuk drivers love to pimp out their rides. I spotted this colorful one parked on the streets of Vientiane, Laos

Hi Dave… I’ve been a subscriber of your website for awhile now. I use Google Reader but none of the pictures in any posts come up in my reader… I have to click through to your website to see the pictures which kinda defeats the purpose of having a RSS reader in the first place in my opinion. Any thoughts? Has anyone else out there had a similar problem?
Hi Stacy, thanks for subscribing. I also subscribe to my blogs via Google RSS so I can try to catch any problems. I haven’t had an issue with the photos, but can try to help. I’ll email you privately to see if we can figure it out.
LOVE it! Just needs some pink…
Dave, great photo! The colors sort of remind me of the chiva buses in Colombia, which used to be used for farmers to take their goods into town but are now more popular as party buses with disco music. Colombia’s flag is yellow, blue, and red, and their buses always seem to be coated in designs like your tuk-tuk with those colors.
Wow! That looks like the Tuk-tuk friends and I rode in to the Beer Lao brewery. The Tuk-tuk driver stayed while we went on on tour of the brewery and then joined us while we sampled some of their oh – so – fine golden thirst quencher. It was a very pleasant ride back into Vientiane!
Darn, I didn’t know you could tour the Beer Lao brewery. I missed that!
